I voted for 77 as my tank ranges from 76 in the am to 79 by the lights turn off... :)

it is more of a long term health issue.

sure, you can keep one at 80*...

I encourage mine to fluctuate and run typically in the low 80's, but recently and usually it'll range from high 70's to mid 80's. I like to average out about 82-83

77 +/- 2 degrees.

chiller kicks in at 79. heaters struggle when it's cold to keep up past 76.

fall/winter/early spring my tank will run 78-80.5

summer it will run about 79-82
