Anybody have bubble algae tricks or tips?

I've got tiny bubble algae spots showing up on my rocks and I really not sure how to take care of it. I don't want to risk getting an emerald crab who may have a taste for corals.

Should I just drain the tank water and remove the bubbles by hand?
Does bursting the bubble underwater really make the problem spread?

Any advice or suggestion is appreciated,

    Luciano

I have read that if you pop them, they will spread spores and then you will have more bubble algae. I recently had some but on a small rock so i took i out of the water and when i was taking them out one popped and hit me in the eye, thank god it wasnt a paly or something. But yes they pop easily so be careful. I heard of some people getting a syringe and sucking up the stuff inside and then they remove it.

You can pluck them off and a a siphon hose ready to suck them up as you go or remove the rock they are on from the tank - remove - rinse and put back in if possible.

    You dirty rat!
You'll look great at the bottom of the ocean in concrete pants. Now pay up with those rics.
