This thread was inspired by a question that Mr. Saltwater Tank was asked via FB.

What are the funniest things people have asked or said in reference to your aquarium?

Is that saltwater?

Do you buy the salt at the grocery store?

How are the fish so clean? Do you give them baths? (This was asked by a 5 year old thinking of bathing her dog, but I still had to roll my eyes)

Not really dumb, but I hate that my tank is full of LE sps, lps, and Z/P's, and I hear. "WOW YOU HAVE NEMO FISH!" Drives me absolutely crazy.

It bugs me when people refer to clowns as "Nemo Fish" and Regal tangs as "Dori Fish"... It happens all the time.

I have been told that my "fake" corals look so real... That's because they ARE real...lol

A guy told me my 8in long super green and white Trachy was the nicest rock he has ever seen in a fish tank.

My aunt was looking at my tank under blue LEDs last year, this is the tank with all of my collector and prized corals in it, and she said "Wow, I love the way that corals moves like that!"(Pointing to the only patch of bryopsis algae that was in the tank...)

Mr. Saltwater tank posted one: "I have a protein skimmer that isn't making bubbles. There is a pump attached to it with a tube going into it and a power cord coming out. Should I plug it in?"
