Another topic gave me the idea to start a poll.

How much water do you lose each day due to evaporation?

Please note the size tank you have as well. :)

3-4g on my 180 with LED & T5. When I ran 3x250w MH on my 125, I would lose 7+g daily.

About 4 gallons a day normally w/ led's on my 180g w/ 100g sump and 30g cube attached...... while I was holding out on turning the air on I hit 6-7g in one day but my fan on the tank ran like all day..... my 12g I lose like a cup a week but it has a lid on it which cuts the evaporation down big time.

About 2.5-3 gallons since it's hot and I have the fan blowing onto the water.

I lose less than a gallon a day.. heck I'd say less than a liter a day.. I only have a 10 gallon but I'm running the Marineland 18-24 inch reef capable LEDs which put off quite a bit of heat (surprisingly).

One gallon on my 55, no sump. Two gallons on my 100 gallon stock tank holding live rock and sand for the future.

I loose 5gal every 36hrs on my system. 75 with a huge basement sump so like 200gal total. There is a dehumidifier in the basement like 15 feet away, this might play a role in this.

Seems like everyone here has a 180g tank. I lose less than a gallon a day. I'd say about a liter to a half gallon. I have a 45g with 20g sump. Run T5's and no fans. I keep my apartment about 68 degree's though so the heater runs even in the summer.
