I bought the Salifert KH + PH buffer powder. It says "Every 10 ml of powder per 25 gallons will approximately increase the alkalinity by 1.2 meq/L". I have a 38 gallon tank and I'm not sure how to dose this stuff. How much should I put per 1 gallon? Thanks all!!

What is you alkalinity demand, your current alkalinity level, and what level do you want to take it to? You don't want to raise alkalinity more than 0.36 meq/l (1 dKH) per day.

I'm currently consuming about 10 ml a day. I'm at 8.6 DKH or 3.08 meq/L. I wish to keep it constant at 9 DKH or 3.22 meq/L
