Yes they are very well made and compare easily to the SRO 3000. Checkout what Reef Builders thinks. These new skimmers are very, very nice. - Nyos Quantum skimmer promises lots of refinement while looking outrageously cool

I looked forward to seeing the NYOS skimmers .How is the acrylic build and are there any seams in the cone body ? I have my eye on the 160 unit . I think the 120 is too small and performance wise . A comparable skimmer would be the old SWC120 .It's also a bummer that unit does not use all clear concept . I see NYOS continues to use the EDEN pump . I never had an issue with my Skimz but other's were not so lucky .The volute appears to not impede the impeller at all on this design or am I seeing something wrong .

NYOS Aquatics GmbH

Seems to be a typo on the 220 unit . The US vendor site has the 160 n 220 unit listed with a max 265 gallon capacity. The Nyos site says 2000 litres ; 528 gallons. Hopefully the US vendor wiil confirm.
