How do I get cure it? Will it spread to other corals?

If the Duncan is still salvageable, you want to get the Brown jelly off. But Do Not spray it off in the tank. It can get on other corals and cause issues. Take some water out and then take the Duncan out carefully. Once in a bowl or bucket of tank water, use a turkey baster and blow it clean. And then for a time consuming, but wort it task. Take SUper Glue and cover the infected areas. Then you should be good to put it back in.

But again, try not to get the jelly on anything else.

I think this isn't salvageable. This happened in just one day. So sad to see it die, Ducans are one of my favorite corals. What caused this?

No more Ducans, there are some zoes, montis, candy canes, leathers and acans in my tank. No signs of it spreading to other corals.

What were you water paras like? Looks like you have a lot of algae growth in there, high phosphate? Is the tank newly cycled?

I had it happen to one of my Duncan's after my eel knocked it over. I was out of town and came back to brown jelly. Sorry for your loss.
