I just ordered the base elementz and the detox to hopefully correct my current issues. My questions are...

1. After mixing, how well does each part stay in suspension?

2. Are there temp ranges to keep the mixes in while in storage/use? My previous c-balance wanted to be kept above 65 degrees or face precipitation.

3. Did I figure this right? 10ml per 25g (100l) = about 98ml each part per day for my 260g tank.

4. Any thoughts on dosing times for each part? Or just break up dosage into several intervals? I'm thinking to do 6 doses of each part per day, and separate each part by about and hour. This way there is one thing being dosed every hour. Easy with apex.

So like this:

0000: 16ml part a
0100: 16ml part b
0200: 16ml part c
0300: 16ml part d
0400: 16ml part a
0500: 16ml part b
0600: 16ml part c
0700: 16ml part d
0800: 16ml part a
0900: 16ml part b
1000: 16ml part c
1100: 16ml part d
1200: 16ml part a
1300: 16ml part b
1400: 16ml part c
1500: 16ml part d
1600: 16ml part a
1700: 16ml part b
1800: 16ml part c
1900: 16ml part d
2000: 16ml part a
2100: 16ml part b
2200: 16ml part c
2300: 16ml part d

It seems it's just like dosing 2 part. So however you would normally dose would work just fine. As always, smaller more frequent doses would be preferable

Hello Triggreef. The dosage interval method you described above sounds perfect and that is what we are doing on our UC raceways. Triton is all about stability and the more you can space out the dosing the more stable the parameters.

On the storage, I don't know the exact answer to this but my guess is to minimize extreme temperature conditions. 10ml pr solution pr 100l system volume is the correct starting dosage which will be adjusted as you target the 8dkh alkalinity setpoint. If you need a little calcium bump or are running CA a little to high then adjust the 2nd channel which should be dosing the base elementz #2 .
Good luck!

I was questioning my math on the dosage because thats about double what I dose right now of my 2 part. I'm thinking it will fall somewhere between to keep the tank stable, but even dosing more it is actually a better value than the c-balance I was previously dosing since the triton elementz mix up about 3 times more liquid.
acromike I use BRS pumps. Lucky for me I had a couple on hand I was saving for another tank, so I avoided a start off cost in a way.
