700L tank - I am 6 days in to Triton conversion from BRS 2 part. Alk started at 8.1 dkh... Here was the dosing amount and the corresponding Alk level. I dose 4 part over 9 doses during the night. I do run 3A and 3B at the same time but in different parts of the tank. All measurements via hannah checker

1. 70ml and tested at 7.84 dkh
2. 80ml and tested at 7.5 dkh
3. 100ml and tested at 7.28 dkh
4. 120ml and tested at 7.28 dkh
5. 120ml and tested at 7.39 dkh
6. 120ml and tested at 7.34 dkh

It appears that I have reached my base dose as both Alk and Ca are stable over 4 days. Between day 5 and day 6 I did a 20 ml manual dose in an attempt to raise the dkh. It didn't really move the needle.

My question is what is the best way to increase the dkh back to the target of 8? I still have some BRS solution and could use their calculator to get Alk and Ca up to the typical recommended levels of 8 dkh and 420ppm.

PS- 6 days in and the tank looks great so far. The only thing that doesn't look great are my zoa's. They are only opening half way but I think there was something that was causing this even before the switch to Triton.

Thanks,
JD
