Tunze Kalk dispenser

Hello,

I had an issue with a kalk dispenser I bought from Aquarium Specialty, and they told me you(Roger) would contact me regarding it. I have yet to hear about it, so I was wanting to know if you needed more info from me, and what I need to do to get this item replaced.
