Sadly I only had this baby for 3 weeks in my tank 3 years ago before it was named and one day It dissapeared. The ones of you that have them please post your pics and experiences with this very sought after zoa.

One of my favorites. My first attempt melted pretty quickly. I have 2 groups from different sources. I keep them under leds. Med light/Med flow.

I make sure to provide these guys with ample verbal abuse and reassure them that they are ugly and that nobody would want them besides me

Are they Fast Growers or Slow?

Not sure if it would be considered fast, but I bought 1 polyp and it went to 4 within a month. Unfortunately my maxi-mini decided to move for the first time in a year and sat on top of them and melted them. They are in the bottom right in the pic.

Anything over a Polyp a Month is considered a faster grower than most since most give me a polyp a month right now.

Depends. Probably in the ballpark for an online vendor. At the local swap this weekend I saw 1 polyp for $150 and then 1 place had a 2 polyp for $150 but it went immediately.

Man. Too Much.

Any thoughts on when these will be 10 a Polyp like a lot of other Corals are?

How long have they been in the Hobby?

I love the Zoanthid Spotlight Threads and read all of them.

I was wondering if we could standardize them maybe like this.

1. Known Date of when they entered the Hobby.
2. Growth Rate (Fast/Slow) and also how much growth rate like say if you get a 4 Polyp Frag Growth should be X
3. Are they Known Melters or Known to get Zoa POX Easily.
4. How much do they typically sell for? (To me this would be the most important info).
