Its a baby/teal blue skirt and mouth with a yellow/gold disk. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

can you get a better pic, blues and then full daylight? looks like a raindbow morph

I'll get a better picture tonight. The only thing that I've found close to it so far is the ck viserion.
