Tell us more about your setup...any information will help!

Tank Size/Age
Circulation/Flow
Lighting
Water Parameters (Alk, Calc, Mag, Salinity, Nitrates, Temp)
Fish & Other Tank Inhabitants

Can you post any pics? In my experience, it's been something messing with them.

If water parameters are all good, Temp, lights and flow have not changed and it looks like I might start loosing polyps soon. I Like to do a 3 stage dip. I first Dip in lugols iodine/saltwater solution for 2 min then rinse in fresh saltwater. Then the frag goes directly into a furan 2 dip for about 10 min. A quick rinse again and back into the tank they go. 48 hours later I will pull the frag back out of the tank and run it through a chemiclean dip for 15 min or so. This is a last resort method for me. Sometimes they just close for no reason at all. If the polyps look healthy and their not melting away I would just give them time.

While you're heading there, take some of your water and have them test it as well as getting the kits.

I have been told to Dose the Tank with Chemi-Clean for Receeding Chalices.

But do not like it as it really really depletes Oxygen (Once I lost 75 Percent of my Fish and Inverts because of this).

I have never heard of Making a Dip for it though?

How do you Make Your Chemi-Clean Dip?

I do a half dose in a liter of water. Way more than the tank dosage but the frags are in there for a shorter period and being it's a dip I don't have to worry about oxygen levels

Usually when my zoas start to close up its because I have skipped my weekly water change.

My experience with zoas closing usually is Alk. Some zoas are very sensitive to Alk changes

Glad you found the issue...as others said, do another dip in a few days to handle the newly hatched eggs. Good luck!

I put a vroliks wrasse in one of my system where I battled with them a while back and he took care of them for me. Most coris wrasse will do the same. I would dip and add a wrasse and you should be good.
