Hello everyone,
For all of you Biocube owners 14 or 29 gallon, why modifactions have you made to your tank? Lights, pumps, filters, media baskets, equipment used, etc? Just curious to see what everyone else is doing to their tank.

Done quite a few mods to my 32 biocube.

Removed hood, got a glass cover cut to fit the display and leave the back open.

Added 16" SB reeflights wifi

AquaMaxx HOB1 protien skimmer intake and return in first chamber.

Fuge light with cheato and rubble in media bags in the center compartment.

Drilled out flow restrictor in the pump to increase gph.

2 mp10s for in tank flow set to reefcrest at 30% power.

Setup a gallon jug above tank to drip kalk (not the prettiest but it helps with stabilization)

Mixed reef up for just about a year.

What's your lighting schedule? What do you love some much about the Finnex heater?

What's the purpose of people wanting to block off the bottom intake?

Creates more flow through the top slots, which skim the surface.

What are you using to cover the bottom drain? Do you have to moderate the return pump to avoid overflows, or can the top drain alone accommodate?

Nice tank man. What coral is that in the back right? The large one.
