For those who wanted to argue about white velvets and white walkers not being the same thing, it has been confirmed white velvets were renamed white walkers by cc.

They look different to you because the ones on the right don't look like white Velvets. The ones on the left do.

The ones on the left were sold as White Walkers and the ones on the right were sold as White Velvets.

So why are you saying that they are not what they are said to be.

Do you have other pictures of White Velvets to share with us to show the difference.

If you look back to post's number 16 & 18 you will see pics of both mine and LPS. They are White Velvets with lineage to the Bay Area if I am not mistaken, LPS may be able to chime in on that.

Legendary even said they are "not sure" of the lineage. But they clearly look different.

Considering it was noted above that cc confirmed he renamed velvets to walkers, and another person has said different lighting brings the blue out, it would seem to be confirmation. In addition, you have two pictures from two sources. So lighting and chemistry changes area all plausible explanations for the difference.

Wwc sells a space monster polyp. First their pic. Then my tank in low light. Then my tank higher light.

So, that amount of variation is certainly possible just on light, let alone other parameters.

Zoas morph all the time. People also rename corals all the time. I have seen both in person and they looked different. They were also in different systems so who knows. Doesn't change the fact they are sweet zoos
