How do you get rid of flat worms without having to redo my hole tank. Any Information on these little monsters would be great.

Yup like none I have seen.
Take a few out and put into a cup of tank water. Add a few drops of h2o2 and watch them.
If they don't go crazy not sure it will be a flatworm

I found one of those in my tank and manually took it out. I don't think it's a flatworm, the animals seem to have a tentacle that doesn't attach to anything.

How old is your tank? They may just be pods which are fine. But to me they don't look like anything i would be worried about.

What kind of fish do you have, I bet a wrasse would tear them up? But unless they are harming your fish or corals i would just let them do their thing. To me it just looks like a pod outbreak, which will correct itself over time. Even if its a planaria outbreak, not really a big deal imo. A 4mth old tank will have phases like this so don't freak out, just consider it normal part of reefing. It really takes a year or a year and a half for a tank to really mature.

I have a phantom clown a frostbite clown and a mandarin goby(he eats frozen brine and my sister) and a diamond sand sifter. That's what I was wondering next is if a six line wrasse would eat them.
