Does anyone know what these are and are they invasive/fast multiplying like Armor of God's can be? I think they're very pretty but they have a very weird polyp. The backside of its kind of leathery feeling and looking.

They're a type of Grandis Paly. I'm not sure on their names, but I believe there are only a few variations in circulation.

It's species is Palythoa grandis. Easy to care for and shouldn't grow too fast to handle. They come in a couple colors, all the same species. Mottled Brown/Brown, green like yours, and I've had a blue type once.
