Introduction of Nem Research

Okay so My tank is approaching the 6 month mark and I really want to add a Nem, Im leaning toward a clown fish hosting or a BTA.
So Ive been researching placement, the fact that they will move around until they like their placement, and in the process will sting things.
My current set up has some softies and two lps.

I keep a close eye on my values and have all the have a good handle on the system and while I dont claim to be an expert I feel that I have a pretty good grasp on my tank other than elevated mag.

That being said I still have a some time before I am ready to introduce a nem there for I would like to research as much information and get suggestions for my fellow reefers as to the best way to introduce a nem to a already established tank.

blah I couldn't make it back to the post to edit my actual question is how can I add the nem and protect or guard the corals from stinging.
