***Meeting Minutes***

1pm – Doors open

1:30pm – Schooley to kick off the meeting.

• Welcome everyone and thank them for attending
  • New members? Yes, Hunter O.
• Announce who the BOD members are
  • President - Brandon Knapp
  • Vice President - Nate Williams
  • Secretary - Ryan Schooley
  • Treasurer - Brad McCarty
• Frag swap attendance – 300+
  • Raised over $200/concessions for the youth group’s missions trip to New Orleans.
• Raffle Money Raised – Over $1,400.00
  • 50% donation to charity of choice
• Donation to the Woodard Family for the loss of one of our great members
  • Will be donated to Cindy Woodard on May 24’th.
  • R2R thread for details – A call to arms
• Attendance
  • See Schooley to make sure you get credit for attending
  • Prizes to top/regular attendees
  • 3 existing members and 1 new member
  • 7 people total including 3 BOD members

1:45pm – BK Presentation on Water Parameters

• PowerPoint presentation
  • Salinity, ALK, CAL, MAG, Phosphate, Potassium overview
  • Tank preview and the parameters of that tank.

2:00pm – Water testing for those who want water tested.

• Ask about BOD voting
  • How to break it up so we don’t have all 4 members voting at once
  • Everyone in attendance agreed to move the voting to the calendar year
• Membership Term
  • Yearly memberships will begin January 1 of every year
    • Discounted rate for half membership/late in the year to join
    • Potential discounted rate for those who join early for the following year
    • Money concern being directly after Christmas
    • Potential bar code reader/scanner for the club to use to track members
      • NFC research to be done

• June 13 – Same bat time, Same bat location
  • La Quinta Inn and Suites - Smyrna
  • 1-4pm
• Synergy will be presenting their Overflow
  • We will be raffling a 16” overflow off
  • Other raffles as well
