    Which one is better?

    I'm going to be using it to control Temp, ATO and maybe some Pumps.

    In my opinion, they are too different to be fairly compared. The RKL is significantly cheaper, but the Apex Jr. can do quite a bit more. Its not really apples to apples. A better question like this would be to include parameters of what you need to control now as well as in the future.

    Does the reef keeper light have the remote access option like the apex jr?
