Have you tried foam under the pump? That seems to work for me!
Nice build btw, can't wait to see it stocked!

Ok so this weekend and I filled the entire system will tap water just to test and see how things are and I got positive results, no leaks, Tank, sumps, frag tanks are holding water fine and drain pipe is handling water flow from tank just fine and there is plenty of room in it to handle a lot more. I have two issues that I am facing right now one is pump being noisy and that will resolved by sending the pump to Reeflo they have set price of 145 that takes care of everything (Seal, any plastic part that needs to be replaced, bearings) and second issue is Oceans Motions that I am using with that pump. I don't think it turns when the pump comes on and that could be due to pressure. Yesterday I have started working on the led fixture and all Led's are mounted on the heat sink and I will upload pictures this evening. Still a lot of pictures to come.....

if I was guessing, I'd say your fittings are threaded in too far causing the OM to not turn

I ran in to the same issue with mine, I had to leave the fittings out far enough so they didn't hit the drum...when I redo mine, I'll remove the drum and thread the fittings all the way in and mark where they need to be cut, then thread 'em back out and cut 'em to fit

Thanks for your suggestion, But I am not having issue with this Ocean Motion. It is the second Ocean Motion that is mounted on the top and conntected to the return pump that is not turning and I made sure that drum is moving and fittings are not touching the drum what so ever, i believe the pressure from the hammerhead is too strong for the drum to turn. I will try to add the valve where the water is feeding the ocean motion and see if that helps, I will update the results after this test...

Thanks for your advise, I have two other reeflo dart pumps running and this pump is louder than both of my other pumps combined. I will try to take it apart and lubricate or replace the bearings....

Light fixture

Here are the pictures of the light it has 7 channels and I am using Coralux StormX controller this fixture will give me real time sunrise and sunset, lunar effects, clouds and thunder storms. Very simple and whole fixture is plug and play so in future if I have to swap anything it should not be hard....

Looking good. I wish when I bought my rapid Led kit I had gone with more blue similar to yours. I have 2:1 blue/white and the white is very overpowering.

I made similar mistake as you in the past and with this built I want to take care of most of my mistakes, So far this is the best color temperature I came up with, It will have reflect as someone is below 20,30 feel below water in blue Ocean lol. But we will see more when this light hangs above the tank and I am using 60 deg optics and I am using cree xml (5w) led optics, which are bigger with bigger honeycomb reflector...

Hey guys so this past weekend We went to NERAC and we had great time there and met hobbyist there, vendors had great frags tanks and all the goodies and I bought some Marco rock and shelves from Mark and he is a great person and very fair. I was able to do aquascaping in my tank and add some sand. Progress is slow but we are getting there. These are the pics of the aquascaping that I did this past Saturday after we came back from the event...This time rock and shelves are pegged so that its easier for me to mount frags that I will be making out of acrylic..
