I'm curious what everyone else is running.
If you've got a successful schedule you can share, please do. :)

I just added a dedicated page on our website for sharing Light Composer Projects!

Still all new and needs maybe some adjustments here and there but the page is acually working.

So please share your projects here:

Anyone experienced any new growth or any other improvements after switching to the Mitras?

FW is just as much work just a lot less stress

You know you might be right about that.

I can tell you that since I went about 95% acropora...i'm always stressed that something will dip too low or high. I guess it will be different once I make it past a few years.

Here's what I'm running to give me a 120-130 PAR on the bottom throughout the day. This light seams fairly even throughout the tank. At the top of my rock work I'm getting 160-170 PAR. The tank will be LPS and softies. The fuller spectrum gives 70-72% PUR and the bluer 77-79%. Readings taken with a Seneye.

At the beginning of the day I have the brightness just to overcome the ambient lighting. I feed the tank in the morning before I go to work. At the end of the day I have it bluer for a nice evening look.

The morning spectrum (17170K) and bluer day spectrum (17190) are just about the same, it's just that the morning has the UV channel set at 0%.

I have a Waterbox 40.2 AIO with a display of 24" W, 18" D and 18" H. The light is 9" off the water surface. I just switched the brightness to give me the constant PAR. Before I was running a constant brightness with just changing the spectrum. Will see with time how this works out.
