User Tagging Now LIVE!

We have added the option to be able to tag other members. When you tag someone they will get a notification and a link back to the mention or tag just like on Facebook.

Example: If someone needed some specific wrasse fish info I might tag evolved and let him know!

In order to TAG someone you have to use the @ symbol and then you must spell the user name perfectly including proper capital letters however their username is listed.

-You will get a notification via the Private Message area as well as an email notification. You can edit those in your account settings.

You can also tag multiple users to see a whole thread and not just a post.

There are a little more details that I will get to shortly and let you know. If you want to test it out in this thread please do! Also if you have any questions or comments, or you find out something cool about the mod go ahead and post it!

Totally dig how it gives the specs at the bottom in the avatar n info area for a poster - super sweet guys - not to mention there are multiple times I run into someone that has been having an issue or what not and think dang - I was just reading a post the other day that answered your prob.......shoot now I cant find it problem solved.

I noticed that when using the r2r app I didn't receive a notification of my name being tagged. But when I went on the actual site I got it.
