Сontroller for the MP10 and MP40 pumps is the same?

Hello.
Can anyone tell me if the controller for the MP10 and MP40 pumps is the same or if there is a difference.
I bought second-hand Mp10 on e-bay about 5 years ago.
It was not very quiet from the beginning, but over time the sound increased. I ordered a pair of bearings for repair on e-bay, but when I opened the pump, it became clear that it had already been opened before me and the thread of one of the mounting screws had been ripped off and it was not possible to disassemble it for repair.
Today it has completely soured.
I spoke to one of my friends today. His controller for the MP-40 has spoiled. He has already installed 3 Maxspect pumps in the tank, so he is ready to give me his faulty MP40.
The question is whether the controller will fit from MP10 to MP40?

I have never tried cross-swapping them, but the controllers for the three models are sold and priced differently so I have always assumed they are different.
