“ Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!” My Waterbox 6025 build.

Hi reefers. After a 16 yr hiatus I’m back in! I have a waterbox 6025 peninsula arriving tomorrow. Thank you covid lock down and instagram.
So far I have 3 Radion XR15’s, Vectra L2, Reef Octopus Regal 200int, Going to run a refugium with chaeto lit with AI 16hd Fuge light. Bought a Söchting Oxydator A that I’ve been reading about, sounds promising. Got the 80/20 aluminum bars and parts coming to copy Devin’s (from @ReefDudes) floating light bar. Have 100lbs of Caribesea Moani dry rock that I’m trying to aquascape. I’m sure I’ll need more and will be asking for advise.
Excited to be starting a new tank. The hobby has come a long way in 16 years So let me know what I shouldn’t live without.
I’ll be doing an lps /sps tank with a yellow Fiji leather if I can find one and maybe a weeping willow leather. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Well the tank has arrived and everything looks good to go. Probably won’t be able to start on it till Monday. I want to set up my floating light bar so I can move the stand in place. Hopefully my DYI skills are up to par. LOL

Got the 8020 light mount finished and in place along with the stand today. Putting tank on stand tomorrow And hopefully water Tuesday Still have to straighten doors. Pain in the butt!

Thanks. I’m using 2 MP40’s and I got the Vectra L2. Putting both MPs on the overflow side.

Thanks. Flow will be 2 MP40’s. 1 on each side of the overflow. Have a vectra L2 for return.

Nice was wondering how you push water that far without a really big gyre pump. I have 2 Nero 5 on my new 90gallon but it’s only 3‘ long.

Got home at 7:30 pm and noticed some sunlight in the tank. Lasted till 8. I figure the most it could be getting is 2 hours of sun. Is that going to be a problem?
