“Freshwater” AquaticLife fixture the same as “Marine”?

A friend is getting rid of his freshwater aquatic life fixture and I was wondering if the fixture itself can be used for a reef tank if the bulbs are replaced with appropriate reef bulbs.

Also is this fixture compatible with ATI bulbs.
