Oh yeah, SnapSeed is mostly good for images taken by phone. I guess you could transfer from computer to phone but really there's better programs out there for that.

Honestly, the image correction I like best is the simple one that comes with in Photos, which is the default photo app for all mac's. It's basic, but the controls are nice and not fake / over the top looking.

ODD/sick? Anthias Update (NO IMPROVEMENT) Can't watch anymore.

I don't know what is wrong with the Single Anthias. The other TWO Anthias are fine in the NEW QT.

This one is just in his Castle. Same position for last 2 days.
I see his tail waving. He is vertical against the inside wall.

He is going to die anyway....so I just don't want to find him one day dead, before seeing him out.

Thinking of lifting out the castle. Removing everything from QT so he just hangs around under the heater.

Yet, I feel like I should let him die in comfort and peace.

ANY THOUGHTS?

Give him a Fresh Water dip. You should give ALL new fish a FW dip.

Get some fresh RODI, warm it to a nice temperature, aerate it for an hour with a bubbler.

Give him a 5 minute dip -- see what comes off.

He will go limp and you will freak out -- But it will give him INSTANT relief for almost any single parasite he could possible have. Flukes, external worms, gill flukes, and it even gives a short term relief to the worst stuff... Velvet, and Ich.

I am looking for an Appropriate Container for a Dip.
Also proper setup so he doesn't jump out.

But I was reading the PraziPro Bottle and another Option is to give him a DIP on PraziPro (higher concentration, but short).

5 gallon bucket always worked well for me

CYANOclean Treatment (DAY 10).....Something MORE SIGNIFICANT is happening.

Today when I was going to take Daily Photo of CyanoClean Treatment Progress.....I notice a more significant difference.

46086369102_30cd79b910_c.jpg

First of all the Cyano certainly isn't spreading. Hasn't for last two days.

And as I mentioned before it's becoming Carpet like, and raising from the rock about to release the Rock Bond.

I'm thinking, NOW is a Good time to Help a BIT with a SIPHON Sweep during Water change.

ANTHIAS (Close PHOTO Inspection)

I was going to scoop him into a bowl to have a look....but the net against the glass is came out even better (I got photos of all 3 sides in a gentle net)

The net caught some debris, so those specs are not on his body.

I see nothing wrong.

I see no point in doing any Fresh Water Dip (I'll be wondering if I killed him).

Best to continue the API General Cure, and slowly the PraziPro to Full Dose (minus a bit for what is in ATI General Cure).

I took out the DARK hard to see in....Castle House and left this better setup.
Raised heater off glass bottom so he can just sit under it.
Allows me to stop wondering and worrying. He still get's privacy and peace.

The Sponge Bob House is more open so food floats by better.

I did notice his strength and swimming skills are good. He almost jumped out of the tank.

If he dies, I think I did the best I could. (nothing harsh). IN GODS and Natures hands now.

He either has something, or was caught with cyanide Wally. Your only option is to dip
Well if he was caught with cyanide, then Fresh Water DIP won't help.

I'm taking your warning about Prazi toxicity.
Actually since I see the Anthias kind of confused, and not happy without the Castle (now just resting on glass bottom, not in Sponges House), I have decided to strip off all MEDS.

Cleaning up the QT from all meds.
-> I just did a DT water change into the QT.
-> I also added carbon.

If he makes it till tomorrow I'll consider a Fresh Water Dip. Or just continue to watch and wait.

Fish appears to be rather thin. If he makes it until the meds are clear. I am wondering if it might be good to try fattening him up a little bit before any additional treatment?

Basically what you said you plan on doing, I realize now.

Doh

Problem is, he isn't eating. Hasn't eatten for a few days.
If he was eating, I'd do none of this.

This isn't totally conclusive on the Cyano Clean period of Treatment. Little bit of cheating on my side, since during WC I did sweep off the Loose Cyano (to help speed things up)
Big question is will it come back like before...Last time it came back 2 days later.
Still continuing the CyanoClean treatment full dose.

A bit Selfish of me.......but at least now I can see him (not just his waving tail).

The Anthias is doing exactly what he was doing in the Castle. Resting vertically, stuck to wall like spider man..... like this....

@WallyB What do you feed your fish? There are a couple people who have noticed food with vitamin C maybe causing or part of a cause for cyano.
