Hi all,
I had to scale down my tank back to an IM 10 gallon AIO that I still had from my last build. I wanted to share it with everyone, honestly, I forgot how much happiness it brought me and my wife likes it better too haha. I have an apex controlling it (overkill, I know but it was transferred from the bigger tank).
Let me know what you think.
Thank you!

What tank did you downsize from? Any particular reason why?
Hey, just a standard 29 gallon, you can kind of see it in the last picture. Need to break it down still and take the fish to LFS Friday but work has been crazy. I’m moving my family and the 10 gallon is just so easy.

The controller cabinet was really fun to put together but next time I might go with a pre made one like adaptive reefs. Still need to remove all the Jebao pump controllers that were on the other tank. Once I get everything switched over, I’ll post again.

Maybe overkill on a nano but it has been very helpful to maintain parameters. The ph probe is great for seeing trends, the ph dropped really low one night and my frogspawn and acans closed up for a couple days. I’ve been trying to open the windows more because I don’t run a skimmer or us a wooden air stone for gas exchange.

Tank is going good, up since the beginning of May, no water changes, just using reef moonshiners daily’s and seachem reef iodide very small amounts of all. For Ca, I use BRS calcium chloride and Red Sea Alk and Mag because I already had them.

I sent in my first Ati ICP already just waiting for it to come back to make corrections. I ran the reef moonshiners on my previous system and enjoyed it and had the elements already.

Some new pictures, tried an orange lens on my phone so it doesn’t look so blue.
