120 gallon tank fit and hold weight for a 75 gallon tank

If this is a standard mass-produced stand, it is very unlikely that a 75-gallon stand should be recommended for use with a 120-gallon for reasons listed above by @Bad Company and @Jivatma .

If the tank is larger than the top of the stand, it will not provide proper support for the tank.

You could possibly reinforce the stand to make it work, but this is probably more risky than just building a custom stand (such as this design).
