I just checked and it would cost around $300 to replace the corals that are available if they're all dead plus shipping. Overnight shipping according to the UPS page is $140...

Most do. According to UPS yesterday the seller can file a claim if the delivery has a problem. My question is why can't the buyer?

Let's say, I got your package.. And I told ups I am the buyer. I got the box, and all kinds of random bs... So lets say ups says "okay, we'll refund you" now the original buyer is completely screwed.

I do not have the recorded phone message. When noopscyhe was giving out their reef lights... Noopsyche gave me the wrong tracking information. It was someone else on the forums. I could go through all the details. Anyhow.
I called DHL gave them my information and tracking number
The lady on the phone just about switched all of the tracking information. I can't recall all of the details. Anyhow ... I was in message with noopsyche support and on phone with dhl. DHL got me the right information before noopsyche could.
The only reason the lady did not change tracking information was because I told her, It could be someone else who won I don't know for sure. So she started to dig and found my tracking information and emailed it to me.

Birdsnest is donesnest. The Dragon Soul Favia may or may not make it. Still plenty of color and full flesh but it's shrunken and tight on the skeleton.

Sorry to see this. Hope the DS makes it. Favia do seem pretty durable. Fingers crossed.

Im very mixed about this, if 1 is dead and 1 in decline/recovery... the dragon soul may benifit from a shadowy spot. Thats where i put my micromussa when they went into decline.

Yeah I figured. UPS has always been the problem child with bad delivery for me. They killed a bunch of rare catfish I’d ordered by leaving them in a “climate controlled “ room ie: read Air Conditioned when they were a day late for me. The only good news was the seller was totally sympathetic and gave me full credit to use. That’s how I ended up with the Gold Nuggets. But still. FedEx is much more flexible to me on delivery issues.
