I would say to keep the stock light as it works great. Add the skimmer if you can and if youre going to be feeding heavily. This is my three year old stock EVO. run a timer for 12 hours daily, feed reef roids and aminos weekly.

I work from home so i had too! I love it, its a really nice tank and perfect size IMO
I work from home too.
We have a lot of similarities!

I find the tank increases slacking lol.

Just for curiosity, what are sticks?

Edit. I lied a little bit. I have my work desk and then tank stand next to it.

Looks so good! However did you manage to skip the uglies?
@JoJosReef I see you on my build thread. In case you thought this was mine, I did not manage to escape the uglies, lol! This is another evo build.

If you already knew that, apologies!

This guy's build is looking super sweet.

RO DI water only, water changes every two weeks, upgraded the back chambers each with a in tank media basket and lots of good filtration and good flow.
Very similar here, but flow probably not so good--how high do you have the flow in your powerhead? Do you have it pointed against return flow or same direction? Thanks!
