Wow. What a tank!! I have a 600 gallon and I have a canopy on it with a small fan that vents to the outside. It doesn’t take much air movement to eliminate the humidity

Went with acrylic. I talked with several companies about doing glass and some were hesitant about even doing those dimensions with glass. Made me nervous so I went acrylic.

I’ve been stuck on the scenario of my return outlets. Need some advice on how to go about it. Remember the tank is 12’ long. I have 6 holes drilled into the bottom evenly spaced out. I would think I don’t need 6 different outlets but I could be wrong. I’m planning on doing a mixed reef so I know different corals like different flow. My question is how low or high Should the returns be and directions? I can’t do my rock work until this puzzle is solved. Thanks for all help.

I would set up plumbing first then test it.
After you test flow and leaks, drain the tank and set up rock work around the returns. Then test again for flow / aquascape look.

Remember no matter how perfect you will make this (as far as flow goes) you will probably have to adjust later either with power heads or different directions. All depends on how your corals will grow/ placement 1/2/3/4 years later.
