I’m starting a new build with using a Waterbox 220.6. I am torn between an Nyos 160 and 220, I would like to keep the refugium plate for the stock sump with the Nyos 220, because I would like to use the refugium area for reactors. Can someone let me know if it is possible?

Can't you find dimensions for each?

Dimensions wise it fits, but I think the plumbing would be in the way. If someone on here is using the Nyos 220, can you please show pictures?

I don't have that skimmer but I have the 220.6. The only thing to watch is whether it would be too tall and be up against the gate valve when trying to remover skimmer collection cup as the red gate valve knob sticks out over the sump. There is about 25 1/4" clearance from the bottom of my sump to the bottom of the red gate valve if that helps.

Great advice! I have a Redsea RSK 900 on my 200.6 and I totally didn't take the gate valve into account when sizing the skimmer height clearance... I'm able to make it work, but it's a PITA.
