Looks like I'll be moving for this upcoming fall semester and would be easier for me to sell this tank and set up another one when convenient. Asking $3,500 and would need the tank moved before the 23rd of this month, if the tank is not sold then I will just move the tank with me and keep it.

Holy cow! What a slip up. Thank you! I went back and edited the original post. But will add location here as well, Lansdale Pa, 19446.
Also the tank is located directly next to the garage and front door. Very easy position to move onto a truck. Would recommend rental/purchase of commercial-grade suction cups. I am able to assist in moving the tank and stand.
