I hae 2 Max and 1 Croceca calm. 4 weeks ago I treated my tank with Chemiclean for Cyano. My clams did not like this and closed up. I am sure the Chemiclean made them mad. One the smallest Max has opened back up and is very happ. The other 2 just are not extending out. I have changed water several times and my parameters are all in line. Should I do a freshwater dip and see if that helps or just continue to wait it out?

I'm was thinking of using Chemiclean also but have been worried about my 6 clams so I haven't done anything yet. I hope the recover ok and hopefully someone has some suggestions on what might help. Are you running any carbon?

In my experience closing up is better than gaping as long as it doesn't last too long. It sounds like you've done everything you can so hopefully things return to normal soon.
