2 TMC Reef Flow 4000 in Fluval Flex 32.5. Too much flow?

I was trying to add more flow to my Fluval Flex 32.5. I originally had one TMC Reef Flow 4000 in there. I have added another and repositioned them to the back wall however I can’t decide if even on the lowest setting, if it is too much for the tank. Can someone help as I don’t quite understand the maths. Picture of my tank for formation purposes.

The general guideline for wavemakers is 10-20x your total tank volume.
