I finally found a source for adapters in the USA for the G3/4" BSPP threaded 2000l/h GHL flow sensor.

You want the following items:
- PVC End connector SOC 3/8", George Fisher Piping Systems part number: 721.602.005
- PVC Union Nut 16mm, George Fisher Piping Systems part number: 721.890.005

Two of each, for each end.....

This will convert the flow adapter to 3/8" PVC. Yeah, it sucks that 3/8" is a non-standard size, but you can get a PVC 3/8" to 1/2" Reducer.

I bought mine from Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in RI

Some more info....

Attached image showing the 2000l/h flow sensor and the parts, + bags they came in with the part numbers.

The only downside is the connection is 3/8", which you will NOT find in Lowes/HomeDepot/etc.

However, you can get the following from McMaster-Carr:
- 5 ft of 3/8" PVC: part 48925K22
- 3/8" socket to 1" spigot : part 4881K679
- 3/8" socket to 1/2" spigot : part 4881K612

Interestingly enough, I don't see a 3/8" socket to 3/4"spigot on McMaster-Carr.
