The royal gamma i only saw for the first day he could still be in the shadows but one Cardinal is gone for sure and my favorite clown jumped i found him my other clown is sad... I was hoping to have them together for a while, now i dont feel like I could get another clown for him/her.

Sorry to hear about the losses... Good thread so far, where did you get or what kind of stands are those? Curious where that first stand came from and if you just moved it to the figi, also is that a standard side stand you modded in the latter pics?

Keep up the posts, neat to follow your journey.

Yeah the first stand is a top fin for the 20L, and the second stand is what comes with the fiji 48g, I didn't mod any of the tank stands, I it was really just a tank upgrade ;)

And the "electrical " cabinet i call it. is just a small cheap furniture cabinet i got online, I did modify that a little bit, there are a million options when it comes to those, I always feel better having everything electrical in a separate cabinet.

This morning I added the ap9x to the tank, im going to put the AI primes on my 120g tank.

I have some acros arriving this morning also, so just in time to start them with the new light, this ap9x is extremely nice its not exactly ment for this dimension aquarium, but im hoping to make it work, It just barley fits on either side of the overflow, and is almost center front to back, I got a great deal on the light so im going to try it.

I'll post lights on with new corals later, this is just a little update.

The coralline algae is really taking off now, thats one thing I've noticed about putting abs on the bottom, the C.A seems to attach to that rough texture fast then it spreads thru the tank. I've done b.b tanks with just glass a few times, but it seems like the abs bottoms grow out quickest for me, and I dont worry about the glass bottom and rocks.

Lights on, you can't see the shimmer but it blows the AI primes away, I dont know how strong the light is in comparison, so im ramping it up slow. So far I love the color, its nice to look at the tank and not being blinded by the led, these are sunk in so its great! I'm going to work on lowering it also for the light spill, I just wanted to start high, I know this light is powerful.

I had to re arrange rock, the spread on this light might not be the best for this tank but, I put basically 2 islands under each led, it should have no problem pumping light out, starting slow trying not to burn anything.

Well these pictures need to be far away...battling gha a little dino maybe some diatoms, just waiting for cyano to join the party. I guess the tank up grade or new lighting could have done something im not sure. i think it was getting rid of the sand from the system combined with that, I did notice n03 and p04 dropped consistently every week down to 0.0 now maintaining through dosing.

I need to get more fish im down to two Banggai's, a clown goby, and a clown and the banggais are the best out of seven but they spit out 97% of their food.

I have a bunch of frags waiting to go in this tank but now thats on hold, until this passes

Algae/ dinos seem to be gone and this past week everything seems happy, I'm going to add the couple of frags I've had waiting for this system.
