Hello,
I recently purchased a 240 gallon acrylic tank and noticed the seams have some white spots and what looks to be bubbles. Is this something I should be resealing? Or is this normal?

No water in the tank, no cracks, 3/4 material.

someone didn't do the best job when welding the panels and it's not like glass where you can just apply new silicone and 'reseal' them, you can however add Weld-On 40 to the seams. if it doesn't leak.........it's likely good to go.

I would fill it outside and leave it for a few days before trying inside to leak test.

The previous owner states the seals have always been like this. Would it make sense to leave it alone or to go ahead with the weld on 40 on the seams?
