I bought a “clam holder” but I used it for the lobo because it also kept getting knocked over…oh, and that lobo brought in lots of aiptasia despite my completely covering the base with super glue

I have never kept butterflies, mainly because I am intimidated by them.I’m not worried about the aiptasia at all. I spoke to @eatbreakfast on a different forum that he’s active on (he’s a very reputable fish behavioralist expert).
He said he had great success with pyramid butterflies (h. zoster). He said a trio would work good for my tank when I asked. They will only pick at xenia and anthellia which I don’t keep.
The aiptasia? You can have it. I’ll ship it, just pay shipping plus some profit.

I have heard that once uronema is in the tank, that it is there forever. Is that the case?I still have the 6 chromis left. One of them has a brownish red gash (it has had that for the past 2 weeks). It didn’t die yet which is weird because uronema kills within 2 days.
I stopped all medications. I’m just power feeding white worms (which they LOVE).
Here’s the gash that’s been there for 2 weeks. Only one has it. It almost seems like it’s healing which is weird. Uronema isn’t usually healable, so we’ll see:
Yes, but it normally just feeds on detritus and bacteria.
I guess that I do not understand how it works then. If I introduce new fish then they may catch it, may not. Old fish may catch it or may not? Sorry for the questions but I am super paranoid about introducing anything.

You guys gotta be careful, because anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law.
Yes, I wouldn't add anything without my own qt period. Nothing negative about TSM. I just don't want to risk it at this point.

I’m jealous! The lamarki is one of the Genicanthus I would love to have. A reef with just Genicanthus angels and wrasses with a mix of other peaceful fish sounds like a dream to me. But for now I’ll be happy with my 8 wrasses, this guy and 6 gobies
