29g Bowfront Questions

Hey guys im new to posting on here so if im not in the right spot somebody just let me know. I am setting up a 29g bowfront reeftank i have been researching a bunch on flow best i can come up with is 20x to 30x water volume per hour i have two hydor koralia 240gph pumps and a cpr backpak2 skimmer is that enough flow for soft corals and other easier corals? Im curious if you add the pump on your skimmer and other equipment to the gph of the tank or just powerheads? I could buy another 240gph or i could buy 2 425gph koralia to replace the 240gph pumps if i need to anyone have any ideas any help would be greatly appreciated.
