I’m planning to do a mixed reef and I have THREE 360x (only two pictured) for my Red Sea reefer. Most of what I’ve seen has been 4 fixtures but that is for sps dominant.

I am planning to add the Red Sea screen top which has a center brace. What is the recommended spacing for 3 fixtures? Also, planning on having peak be:
C40 I 80 v 100 r 30 g 15 is this a good starting point before I pay someone to look at it with a par meter?

One more light in the center. You should have a cutout on the overflow lid for a mounting bracket.
That is what I was thinking, but I wanted to make sure that was a good idea before I ruin the lid. Thanks.

The overflow lid is scored specifically to be able to easily remove the cutout.
*mindblown* I never realized that! Does it snap off or is it intended to be cut some how? Does this increase water noise?

3 would be perfect and I would mount them 6” to 8” from the water. Start at 8”. I would keep red and green at 15% or below.
That is very helpful. I was thinking peak would be C40ish I80 V100 and play with red/green to preference. Is that a good starting point?

It all depends on what corals you’re keeping? The great thing about Kessil logic is you’ll never set the color incorrectly, the % will always be a spectrum that’s usable by the corals. The red and green are purely for aesthetics and I find that they can bring out some color in corals and fish, but keep the % low to avoid unwanted algae growth. Violet at 100% during peak hours is perfect.
