I contacted BRS, twice lol, and EcoTech with the exact same question - well almost this was for a 210 - which is 72 x 24 x 30.

All three times I was told that three XR15 Pro lights would be more than enough for an LPS/softy tank.

I have 3 XR 30 G5 over a 180g, 100% schedule intensity. I can't imagine you could do it with xr15, maybe only if you keep very low light corals, and the spread will be poor.

11” using a Apex par unit. I have the 61” version total 320 watts just for the T5 (4 bulbs).

I have some pics on my build thread (which needs some updating).
I’m getting that T5 fixture and adding Noopsyche K 7 Pro IIs to it on my 180 gallon build. I’m glad to hear you like it!

Ok here is what I got for PAR numbers. All taken with the AB+ Spectrum. Lights are 7 inches above the water line, and I mounted the lights like this II II.

The photo shows the number, and the chart has the PAR number associated with the % of light. I took them in 70,80,90,100%.

The top of the rock is about 8.5 below the water surface, and the sand is about 18.5 on the right side.
On the left it is 10 to the top rock, and 18.5 to the sand.

I use 4 xr15's, 2 xr30's, 2 orphek led bars and 2 twobulb 60" t5 (aquatic life) on my 6' tank. Feels like I need to add another xr30 or a pair of xr15's.
