Hi guys!
Just want to share my own experience about Fluconazole against bryopsis and derbesia.
As I m not English native speaking, I misunderstood dosing about Fluconazole and started dosing it Everyday for 3 days!!!
My tank is a 22 gallons long rimless, it contain 17 gallons of water.
I dosed 2 x 200mg capsule for 3 days.
So far so good everything look good : snails, hermits, macro algaes, sponges and corals.
I asked a friend (a experimented one!) about it and he told me to let it like that, as I was planing to do a 50% water change after these 3 overdosing days.
I m on day 7 today, so I wanted to share pictures of the 6 first days.
You will see that on this frag, it s mostly hair algae. I removed manually most bryopsis before starting the cure.
