O wow I haven’t come across that yet did they specify in any previous articles if that’s for older or newer bio cubes it would be interesting to know I have some small bubbles on my rock but I don’t see any coming out of the return into the tank
No, but my Biocube 32 is the newest one. Bought it in September or October 2020, so it definitely doesn’t work with that one lol.

Edit: date on that email was 01/20/21

Tank is doing great. P.h 8.0 still. Did not add anymore buffer since my alk is at 11. We added in a 6oz bottle of tigger pods from Reef Nutrition. And a 8oz bag of algagen pods apocyclops. Hopefully they will start reproducing. We also added in a sand sifting star. 2 astrea snails, and 5 nassarius snails. Here are some pictures and a bonus puppy picture! His

Went to LFS ( Aquarium Center) after work to get reef glue for the gsp frag for the back wall, and aptaisa X. Swore I was only gonna get that. Walked out with a baby clownfish, a blue hornet zoa frag. Reef roids, reef frenzy, aptisa x, Hydor smart wave pump controller, more live brine, and a 3 pound piece of dry rock for re doing my zoa garden. I’m addicted! Here are some pictures. The new clown is going back and forth from hosting the hammer to the BTA. I also had some type of snail that had some stringy thing on my Purple Heart zoa frag, so I removed it with a razor and applied glue over it so it will die if I missed any. I attempted my first zoa frag I cut off one of the Purple Hearts and glued to a piece of rock. I think I put it in the glue to deep

I ordered the wrong light.. SMH I ordered the kessil a80 Returned and ordered the a160 tuna blue w gooseneck and controller. So this Monday everything will be here including the tunze nano 3152 ATO. I also ordered the in tank media basket. Sadly last night my v2 protein skimmer started putting micro bubbles back into my display. So much! I took apart cleaned it, adjusted the airflow/ water level, no luck. So I threw it in the trash can and ordered the AquaMaxx HOB 1.5 it will be here on the 29th. My next upgrade will be a new tank . Will post pics when I get the light on. Also might be getting rid of my Flameback she nips my zoas and I’m not sure if she is damaging them but she dose cause them to close

I have 2 clowns similar in size in my 16 gal bio cube with a decent sized RBTA. Have you had any luck with hosting?

Zoa frag looks good. Should recover well. That’s about what they look like when I frag mine.
It was opening, it’s gone now maybe something ate it or de attached from the rock

I had my first clown for 2 months before I got anything. Then I got my BTA. My first clown I got did not go near it. Then this week got a smaller clown and my clown chased it into the BTA then my clown chased it out. The new small clown jumps back and forth from the BTA to my hammer. I think this is day 3 and now my clown is not aggressive and goes into the hammer and rubs against the new clown. But the bigger clown don’t go into the BTA or hammer unless the small one is in there first.

-3 gallon water change today, glued a gsp fragment on the back wall. Installed the in tank media, Ato ready for kessil gooseneck arrival on Monday. Had my girlfriend be my human gooseneck to see how the light looks. LOL. I am very happy with the light! Also re did my rock work decided to get rid of my flameback angle it was nipping my corals. I was also planning on keeping the blue hippo tang until it got bigger. But since I already had the rock all moved I decided to also return it. I could not get the rock back the way I had it. So I added 3 more pounds. Very happy with the end result. The zoa garden I still need to completely re do. I will glue dry rock to make some fancy zoa garden. Made a temporary frag rack for my frags, the picture is with the new light

Installed Kessil light/ ATO. Aquamaxx 1.5 HOB will be here Friday. Not looking forward to having to modify the back hoop that holds the lid on chamber 1 so that the Aquamaxx will fit. I’m going to try and cover the tank so bits of plastic don’t get in. I know it’s going to be a nightmare! I can’t find any information on how to install an Aquamaxx 1.5 hob on a Biocube32. Here are some Pictures

I've been looking for a aquamaxx for a while but those things are like nowhere to be found. So I opted for a SSA ES1 which was like a similar clone or something. But here's what I found for the biocubes that did have the aquamaxx. A slightly smaller biocube but it helps with the placement.

Hah this is so me. "I'll just pop in to pick up some -insert minor thing (food/rock/tubing/etc) here- annnnnnnnd I've come home with $100 dollars worth of frags..."

Hope you've got a lid coming. Clowns like to go floor surfing. So do wrasses, gobies, blennies.
