Thanks, we will probably end up adding some between the two side above the tank but we haven't decided yet. There is also talks of replacing the 180 with an amphibious 160 kind of like this. If so it would end up being about 8' tall and there would be no room for it.

Ted Judy bares a slight resemblance to @NY_Caveman !

I am way better looking than that.

Of course! I should have clarified that I meant that I've seen you in a blue shirt that bares a slight resemblance.

We really want an eel someday.
He's not the most active and present fish, but being that he's hand fed you still get to interact with him. I'm looking forward to converting my 180 to salt one day, I plan on getting a much larger eel in there.

Andrew has said for years he's gonna have one. He wants a predator tank someday.
In my opinion the 60 gallon would be fine for a little golden dwarf like stitch. They are on the expensive side but I'm glad I pulled the trigger on him. If you every decided to spend the money keep an eye out on divers den, they get them every now and then.

We have little fish going into that tank. What do you think about compatibility?

That's why an eel hadn't been in the plan.
Get a juvenile, 6-7 inches. Most fish will be too big for it and will rapidly outgrow it. Then just cross ur fingers that as the eel matures, it doesnt suddenly see his former neighbors as snacks ;)

@Katrina71, mine is a tank with smaller fish and I've never had a problem. With that being said, yes there is potential for them to eat one. I have 3 or 4 fish I know are small enough for him to snatch up and one of them liked to hang out in his little hole. I've learned to read when he's hungry and I jump on feeding him when I notice it. So I'm sure staying fat and full helps.

That's been Robin's opinion too.

I feel like a jerk. I'm so sorry. I had no idea you got 365! It was the day we got back from our trip. Please forgive me for not knowing. Your tank is awesome!
