Hey Reefer Reboot - with one exception (the Red Sea RSK line), the StinkSink does require a flat skimmer lid to effectively seal with its o-ring. There might be adaptations in the future for prominent skimmer lines, but right now your Tunze 9410 is not supported. I can check on the Hydor - I'm not sure exactly what model you have with the numbers you listed.

Bonus #3, more of a question, without much head room in the sump, can we specify the height?
The StinkSink requires about 3.25" of clearance. I can make a "slim" version of about 2" high, but we haven't tested it.
It would have significantly less carbon in it, and I'm not sure how well it would perform.

Right now I'm not sure what skimmer I would use it on, just getting prepared for my future build. The Tunze 9410 I won here last April and am just getting around to fit checking it today for the current set up. Guess what, it has no holes in the lid anyway.:thinking-face:

What? You mean I can't get one that will fit in my current set up which has a whopping 3/4" clearance under the ceiling of the sump cabinet? :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Ok...Just realized I really do need this. Been noticing an interest aroma in my office. Figured I just needed a shower, havent taken out the trash, etc. Decide to clean my protein skimmer today and viola..the source of the stink was found. I NEED THIS!!!
It happens to the best of us, there's no shame : )
