48" Hybrid on a 72" tank?

What are anybody's thoughts on a 48" Hybrid on a 72" tank (180) with 3 Kessil 360x? I have an opportunity to pick up a used 48" locally, but am trying to figure out the pros/cons. Not so worried about looks of the fixture as it will be hanging in a canopy. Basically, I'm looking to increase par a little and see what can be gained with T5's. Would it be worth trying the 48" or would the 61 be dramatically better due to its extra foot and wattage?

Assuming a reef tank. You would definitely want. 60”. Anything else would leave a lot of dark spots.

Yeah, working on it being a reef tank and that's what I was wondering. Wasn't really sure how the T5's spread and whether or not the Kessil's would fill it to some degree. Knew there would be less light at the ends of the tank, but wasn't sure how important that extra 6" of bulb on each side would be.

I use a 48” fixture on my 60” tank with four 26hds. Two blue+ and two actinic.

I would definitely go for the 60” fixture
