I would perform a FW dip to check for flukes, or possibly provide temp relief of velvet: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

It appears as though you don't have much to lose. :(

What is your current Cu reading, and how much time did you take to acclimate the wrasse to this level?

Do you have the ammonia alert badge by seachem?

If so, or if not, did you dose amquel or prime to reduce ammonia? Or use any ammonia detoxifiers This turns copper effectively poisonous.

My guess would be one of those two things. (Ammonia or use of detoxifiers with copper)

I do have a badge, ammonia is fine, I have not used any prime or anything. So that can't be it. Just did a water change on it and kept therapeutic levels of copper

I would +1 the fw dip, and even suggest following with an acriflavine bath to ward of infection.

I will be doing freshwater dip tonight. Unfortunately I am working so can't do it right now. I have a leopard erase in the same qt as well and he is doing amazing! He also went through prazi already. Plan was to have them both go through prazi due to the 6 line being a new addition. I will do a freshwater dip, and a rally bath after and see how it goes. Hope the little guy makes it till I'm off.
