Building a new tank and i'd like to use 60 degree lenses instead of the 90 to reduce the spread at 2 ft to about 2 ft. Can someone recommend a replacement lens? Also is there any suggestions on how to replace them.

You want to search for glass LED COB lenses, "condenser" lenses, etc.
Unfortunately, I just tossed a box full of them that sat at around for more than a decade. They were purchased for some DIY LEDs way back when....
